Also the British plugs are great. American plugs always make me feel like I'm about to fry myself when I plug them in. It goes live with exposed prongs lol. The modern ones are marginally safer, but anything from the 70's earlier is a deathtrap

I love how the British ended up designing an incredibly safe wall adapter, but the trade off is that it impales your feet
