Yeah, the poster is an idiot, but to imply that the reason that Travellers get targeted is because they're Irish can mislead people. The Irish themselves target them in similar ways that Romani get targetted across Europe. And the Irish now do recognize them as their own ethnicity, though it was a long time coming.

I wouldn't say that Travellers get targeted for being Irish, that is a bit like saying Romani get targeted for being Romanian.
Travellers are not genetically distinct from other Irish people but that post argues that they are some kind of degenerated morlock subspecies
