Can someone elaborate a bit on why deplatforming or criminalising Nazis is the best option? I imagine there would be some negative effects, like not knowing who the Nazis are or if there's extra appeal to an extreme ideology when it's illegal. I tend to be very pro free speech if you couldn't tell, but I'm willing to change my stance on this
if you want to clear out Nazis deplatforming is the right choice
Putting them on a small, elevated platform, giving them some form of support (around the neck area in particular), then rapidly removing the platform is the best choice in my opinion
Right sorry, I wasn't able to connect the dots. That makes sense, I've always thought of it as "they'll just go somewhere else" to their own echo chamber, 4chan or whatever, but we've lost a ton of active members

Because Nazism leads to genocide. It's not protected by freedom of speech in Germany. Guess why? They learned this lesson before.
