I mean, it's a superhero movie. How much thinking were you expecting to do anyway? It's incredibly campy and stupid and full of plot holes, which I wouldn't mind in a cape flick, but loses it's charm in the third act with obligatory half hour action finale.
That's the thing though, the reviews I've heard say that if anything, there isn't enough dumb superhero nonsense and that the movie is mostly just boring, nonsensical, and too long.
Like, I love me some schlock, but this one mostly just sounds painfully mediocre which is the worst thing a film can be as far as I'm concerned.
Sometimes I want to watch a movie to shut off my brain and just see cool shit. Sometimes I hate that kind of movie experience. Depends on the mood.
