I'm huge into horror stuff and there was a golden period where you could browse Youtube long enough randomly and come across horror gold. Most of them have gone viral by now but a few of them are still left unknown.

I have the same problem as you nowadays in that I try to find creepy stuff and it's ruined by some guy shouting "WHAT'S UP GUYS! IT'S YOUR BOY SKINNYPENIS AND I'M HERE TO SHOW YOU THE TOP TEN..." That, or someone attempting found footage but making it way too high-production to be convincing. But people love that shit because they get millions of views and comments about struggling to sleep.
Remember Alan Resnick and Unedited Footage of a Bear? Or Shaye Saint John? Hopefully more like that show up and they have the same obscure origins.

I got friended on BlueSky by an account that was just "Cats", with posts of different cat pictures at exact 15 minute intervals. There are just... oodles of accounts like this. I'm not even sure why. It doesn't look like it's even selling anything. Just... regularly posting cat pictures and trying to friend everyone it bumps into online.
How many accounts just like this are friending one another? How many are chatting to one another? How many are clicking on each other's links?
Some of the best creepy (and real stuff) is just some hiking and urban exploration videos. There's plenty of creepy doll public art displays in enough trails where it's kind of a trope now.
Oh I just remembered another one I really like. It was from r/thetruthishere when it was a new sub and had less "story tellers". Its clearly a machine but I would lose my shit if I heard this on a late snowy night.
