does it always happen in the winter?
I was thinking it might be SAD related because of this, but the year long recuperation makes me think otherwise. There's probably something to it as my insomnia tends to spike around then as well.
I don't think that's the whole issue but it probably doesn't help.

I'm going to look into it more. Even if it doesn't effect productivity or whatever it might be useful for general wellness.
Take Vitamin D supplements. It is literally life changing. I cannot stress that enough.
