Evo Morales warns in an interview with @KawsachunCoca that Bolivia's military is planning another coup to strengthen its own power, through the establishment of a civilian-military junta. The military recently received two aircraft with weapons from the Untied States.

Evo says snipers were sent to El Alto and the Chapare to carry out a siege on citizen groups who are defending democracy and elections at numerous road blockades. They intend to use .22 and .25 caliber weapons to blame confrontations on social movements.
