That pretty fucking weird of them to do, people buy all kinds of clothes and people buy clothes for other people all the time, seems like they were trying to be an ass about it.
IKR I could have been buying something for a friend, partner or relative. I don't get it either.

I feel like it's not unusual for women, not just nb's, to rock guy's clothing right? Seems especially shitty to have that pointed out then.
I mean fuck when I was a kid I asked a salesperson if I could try on a pair of pretty androgynous "girl's shoes" and basically got the same response--"Oh those are girls shoes"--which added years to the repression clock lol. Anyways my point in sharing this is that you're a strong person to go through that and still be comfortable expressing yourself!
