Or when your home survives the blizzard but you lose it then since you cant pay the electricity bill ?
depending on how long it takes to get power back to most people, it might already be forgotten before February ends..
as a subscriber to /r/collapse and current alive person in America, IMO, its possible the power might, just, not come back on. in this case, i doubt it. but next time? the time after that?
