        So cool that it took about a decade for video games to have a single unique female character. Ms. Pacman is Pacman with a bow so I'm not counting it

          I guess old DnD do's games had female characters, but yea not unique heroes

            Good point but yeah, definitely comes with an asterisk. Also if anyone has an uncle that works for Nintendo, have them put me in charge of all their series that take place in space. I will bring the people Star Foxes, Metroids and F-Zeroes the likes of which shall astound.

          Eh. '86 was the birth of mainstream console gaming. Before that, you had a paddle floating in an empty void, a little square that fired squares at other squares, and Simon Says.
