Potstickers, dumplings, spring rolls, pretty much anything that needs dipping sauce.
You could also try mizutaki or really any kind of nabe or hot pot kind of thing. It's pretty bomb if it's cold out
yeah it's good in chicken soup too. basically a decent replacement for soy sauce but with a brighter flavor.
