Same shit happened to me! I feel so validated. I put up a post here talking about the bugs on ps4 and some user just replied with "get a pc or ps5" It sucks too it's not like the game is cyberpunk. It's actually really fascinating to play. It just won't let me fucking play. I couldnt even save anymore. I had to get a refund from sony. I'll probably buy it again once summer hits. I'm hoping by then everything will be patched up.
Yeah this shit sucks to hear. It's obvious the console ports needed more time in the oven, and it's a shame that so many first time players of my favorite game who didn't have access to it previously have their experience tainted by such a buggy rush-job.

Just wait till the patch is out to play of you're on console. Or buy it on pc, it runs alright on anything moderately new. Or old and beefy

from what I've read, lots of stuff, ran into two very obvious ones on the coast and looked it up, bunch of people have these bugs and I really don't want to continue unless I can get the very important items hidden behind the bugs
