Congrats on the new job
It took me like a year to get used to working full time and not being exhausted all the time
You can do a shitty version with a cooler and one of those digital thermometers with a wire so you can put the actual probe in the cooler and have the display outside. Then just use a regular ziplock bag for the meat and adjust the water temperature with small amounts of hot water until its in range.
You'll have to keep checking on it but the insulation makes it not too bad
Going purely off vibes, I always felt like rat boy could be groomed into their perfect candidate. It wouldn't be that much work
I undeniably messed something up today but there was some confusion explaining it to me last week so fingers crossed my trainer goes easy on me (or just forgets that I was supposed to do it a different way)
I'm allergic to roaches and I feel you, also if you crush one theyre warm
Maybe thicken the sauce with a starch before adding it? Or reduce it psst the point you'd prefer in preparation for it being thinned by the juices but you might have to mix it after it sits then
Even if they aren't fine, I dont give a shit
It's funny, for his job he was partnered with another guy and those 2 were the only ones in the department to do their assay regularly.
The current plan is to take 2 people who are some of the only people trained in a different assay, and make them partner with the other guy, for an assay they aren't familiar with, for like 4 fucking months lmao.
Which sucks for me because one of those 2 guys is my partner
My job knew my coworker was leaving months in advance and didn't hire someone to replace him. They're talking about it now but even if they hired someone immediately, it'd take around 4 months minimum to train them...
If you want a fun game on Zillow, set the city as Saltlake in Utah and do I spy for houses built for polygamists. Easy mode is just searching for multi family households (built that way so the entire family is close but the wives get some privacy)
