Fuck man, I don't know what would be more bleak, the dems not having the house and senate and claiming that the Republicans are immobilizing them as hundreds of thousands of people die, or the dems actually getting the house and senate and doing the most bare minimum shit that makes almost no difference and then we're beaten over the head with it for the next 4 years until we get Trump 2. :agony-consuming:

Maybe there should be a comm like /c/requests or something just since there have been several of these posts in the last few days.

They can pull this kind of shit because they know you have no other options. There are only like a half a dozen airlines left in America, and they divvy up the territory so that a lot of the time if you're not going from hub to hub, there's only one flight, or only one airline offering flights, from where you are to where you want to go.

You can post images in comments without making a new post. You just have to make like you're going to make a new post, upload the image, but then don't actually post it. It'll save it to the server and you can post the link in a comment; it'll be like chapo.chat/pictrs/...

Thinking this is more bad history. I was thinking maybe it was a really old map, which would explain why Korea, etc. are still colored red. But if you look closely Germany is unified; there's no west and east germany. Plus Greece is green and Turkey is red, even though they joined NATO at the same time (1952). So I doubt this map is from a textbook or anything, someone probably made it in like 5 minutes just to illustrate a quick point.
