Motherfuckers cancelled my flight and didn't even tell me. No email, no app notification, no text or automated call. A national train system would never operate like this.

They can pull this kind of shit because they know you have no other options. There are only like a half a dozen airlines left in America, and they divvy up the territory so that a lot of the time if you're not going from hub to hub, there's only one flight, or only one airline offering flights, from where you are to where you want to go.
