thank you. i've been here since we got banned from (i delete my account and spin a new one every few months specifically so as not to ever be a "power poster but that's another topic) and hard same. the pronoun wars had to be waged and i'm glad that tc69 handled that so ruthlessly but i thought after her hiatus that she was returning as a poster, something i would've welcomed. was genuinely a little disconcerted when i saw the [A] account spin back up but was hoping time had had a mellowing effect. i wish her nothing but the best in general but ya, i agree that managing a largely cohesive community is not a great fit and not after a period of absence like that which only reaffirmed my skepticism towards the power poster clique(s)

they lack the competence and audacity of the dulles era but the MIC and intelligence web still run this show and they'll change or remove him before he can substantially disrupt their bag. that remains the safest bet in us domestic politics

as always they did their best to herd the outdoor cats that are our userbase, mods, and their fellow admins. even when it's not smooth i always feel it comes from a good place and i hope they will reconsider the admin decision making stuff and remain involved because i think their ability to be as impartial as any of us can be along with their experience makes them indispensable to keeping the john kerry rock stacking past connected to wherever we're headed in the future in a somewhat cohesive way

i had just deleted my latest account as i do every 2-3 months or so which i usually use as a little break time but i made a new one immediately just to say that i hope you stick around in the admin role and i'm glad youre sticking around generally. you've been the most consistent and level voice from the admin/mod side since we got here from the discord (ew) and even if this latest change was not implemented well it doesnt change that you've been a super huge positive to this community and hopefully will continue to be such.
