If you think "pronouns are confusing" wait until you find out about
Verbs
Pronouns are too hard for me, which is why I can't even begin to master proper nouns. Like you expect me to memorize a unique word for every single person? Fuck off.
Where does this insanity end? If I have to call each person a different noun, how is that not a slippery slope to calling places different things? Political correctness gone mad!
My favorite part of the CHUD attempt to comprehend modernity:
"I'm not some liberal, I will never use pronouns"
It's an adjective modified to describe a verb. So the adjective would be quick and the adverb would be quickly for example
I'm guessing something like "she ran less quickly." Less modifies quickly, which is an adverb. So less would therefore also be an adverb, not an adjective, since adjectives modify nouns or other adjectives.
Also adverbs can be used on adjectives like in 'she is very tall'. So I think less is maybe still an adjective here?
Turns out very and tall both count as adverbs. They actually carry a lot more weight than I thought.
"Are adverbs overpowered in the current meta? Claire and I discuss tonight on stream!"
I had the weirdest work conversation where me and an equally weird fucker did a tier list of the letters of the alphabet
Were the tiers themselves given letter names? Because if A is B tier, than what does it mean for something to be A tier?
This came up and representation as a tier got you a boost. Like S still ranked well below A despite having a betteri tier named after it. X was the winner. Co-starring role in tic tac toe, marks the spot, video game endorsement deal with Microsoft, cool thing to sign with instead of you name, has axis named after it so it gets a lot of work done in math without mentioning it's frequent recurring role in algebra. X had a lot going on.
Having learned French as a second language this picture was me in school.
