Podcasts have a lifetime where they stop being what they were when they got popular, and plateau into a "we're just coasting and doing whatever keeps the money flowing on" status. I've seen it happen a bunch of times. You have to catch them on the upslope, because when they get to the plateau, they relax and just crank out generic junk. It's sad, it happened to two of my favorite channels in the last 6 months.

yeah, it's still going, it's still good, and there's never been a better time than the present to listen to the entire back catalog from the beginning.
Unlike what is shown here, male turtles actually have a convex plastron (that's the lower part of the shell). This makes it easier for them to mount the females during breeding. This is one of the least disturbing details of turtle reproduction. You do not, i cannot stress this enough, you do NOT want to know more, you particularly NEVER want to find out what an erect turtle dick looks like and how it is used. Consider yourself warned.

It's still going. As much shit as we give it, CTH was one of the few things that helped unify leftist ideology online while simultaneously exposing a lot of people to theory as well.
There's def valid criticisms about the pod and you can argue about the quality today against their peak, but ill still give it a spin once in a while.
If the episode is good, I'll think to myself "hmm they still got it" or if the sucks I'll think "man these guys are so over." Either way I still think it's worthwhile every now & again.
