      The US loves rule-based order so much that it starts wars of aggression without being subjected to international sanctions and expulsion from the UN, unilaterally and illegally sanctions poor countries that don't bow to them, excluded itself from ever being targeted by the ICC and by preventing genocides that it supports from being investigated in the UN.
