In communist China, citizens are expected to engage in spontaneous praise of the state!
From a materialist perspective we must recognize our relative weakness and envelop this patriotic sentiment into a revolutionary subject based on the absence of desired support from the state. We must exploit the best of US nationalism and press for it to orientated towards a revolutionary emancipatory politics and subjection.
Red state trolling idea: go into shopping centers and start singing the national anthem so that all the chuds have to stop shopping and stand at attention, then once everyone in the store has started singing, walk out.
