It's an art piece, see LibidinalMarx's comment in the other thread. The full piece says "this is not a pipe" because it's not: it's actually some ink on a page or pixels on a screen that represent a pipe.

I once had a CAPTCHA which prompted me to "click each image containing a parking meter" and it presented a photograph of a single mailbox. I clicked "skip". It yelled at me in red letters "please select ALL IMAGES CONTAINING A PARKING METER!!" So I clicked on the mailbox, and it let me in. :shrug-outta-hecks:
