I like how working better than the owner is only worth 15 dollars an hour.
And also fucking lol at the owner thinking they work like two people and bring positivity to the workplace.
Love to be yelled at even more so cause of added responsibility and work for an extra dollar
That's 8$ a day! $40 a week! If you never take a day off, $160 a month! Keep up the great work and you can have an extra $1920 per year! With that kind of money, you might actually be able to afford both food and rent :) be grateful sweaty!
So if you're completely unexperienced you get $9 but if you work like two people you give them a discount on your labor and make $6 per "person."
There is a clear implication you're allowed to have drama at the lower end 🤙🤙
I am going to be a reliable, multi-tasking, drama KING.
But all of the drama will be about how shit our wages are and unionizing, and engaging in drama counts as multi-tasking.
Guy you're running a deli why would any employee at a deli care about it as mush as the owner
Yes, insult your potential minimum wagers, I'm sure that will get them lining up to work for you
cares like the owner does
and yet doesn't receive profits like the owner does 🤔
The owner is clearly a touchy-feely person who doesn't want employees, she wants people to give her emotional support and validation.
"Supervisory material" Nah, I'm not actually gonna make you a supervisor to make your job easier, or increase your wages commensurate with a position like that, I'll just pay you a buck more to narc on other employees and act like a cop towards everyone else for no reason.
I hope they don't get any applicants since that is definitely textbook toxic work environment.
So if you outshine and outperform the owner, you deserve $15 an hour or more? Great! Glad we agree that all workers deserve that much!
Worked at a yogurt place and had a boss like that too. Always telling me to "take ownership" or weird phrases like that for $10/hr lmao
