I know the whole "soy" thing started out as right wing bs, but dear god I hate this type of manchild, pop culture obsessed, try to be witty, overenthusiastic arrogant talking style fucking soy ass dude. Like shut your gaping maw of a mouth and stop spewing your inane shit about why you think it's not "civil" that people online are rightfully passionate and abrasive about shit that matters, like US imperialism. I swear to god, it's like a fucking modern, trying to use woke language corporate training video turned into a person. Shut up and go watch your marvel slop you fucking idiot.

Every time some mega giga chud drops a "hue hue you should be dropped from a helicopter" take on me and I see they post in r/dnd and r/leagueoflegends and whatnot, I become so much more attracted to the soy, bugman, midwit, etc. memes.

Soldiers are forced into service by their material circumstances and propaganda

I'm proud to have served in the Armed Forces

YOU ONLY GET TO PICK ONE ASSHOLE, YOU CAN'T DOUBLE DIP YOU IMPERIALIST SLIME

Even then I doubt this literally soyboy caricature was pushed into service due to "late-stage capitalism" unless they mean they needed money after they spent all their savings on Funko Pops.

i like how this guy summons more indignation for people suggesting he participated in something bad

than for the two decades of war crimes his country perpetrated :amerikkka-clap:

Hey, he spent years of his life busting ass for pedophile warlords running drugs through East Asia. Show some respect.

I'd say, "Damn bitch, you live like this?" And then disregard their opinion.

I hate it when people say that because while yes it's true that there is a lot of complexity found in these conflicts they are baselessly implying that somewhere hidden in those nuances there exists a reasonable justification of imperialism. And if you disagree then you just have an overly simplistic worldview.

Ah yes, laughing at US imperialism failing means uncritical support for the Taliban.

Guys, he has a point: We can't denigrate the individual soldiers carrying out two decades of horrific war crimes, they were just following orders - oh wait shit hold on

This video was just one of the many, many war crimes US military veterans have committed around the world

Don't you all know, sweaty? You can't criticize war crimes unless you were part of them. Service equals citizenship.

Doesn't help that they are making this whole thing about their experience instead of the countless dead.
