They blew up this thread with this responses. No way they're for real.

I think you might actually be right about that person being an AI, or at least using one for some of their comments. A lot of strange non-sequiturs there. I think it was a real person with chatGPT open in another window and they kept prompting it to provide them with "intelligent" responses.
Yeah the way it talks about the importance of values and shit is pure chatgpt
It's either someone using a chatbot, or someone who spends more time interacting with chatbots than they do people and has absorbed their writing style through osmosis. Either way, I think this is lemmy's most pathetic lib yet. I have to look at the thread through hexbear because they blocked my account. That's why I know they aren't just a bot. They ignored my comment calling them heartless, soulless and brainless and telling them to be a better person. It really got under their skin.
The other lemmies are infested with alt account multi-posters like that Bauhaus guy, people ignore it for the most part. Here I imagine that energy is diverted to bit accounts, or is completely sucked up by actually socializing with each other
Probably, chat bots were trained on a whole lot of reddit posts too for some of their shit ass information/data sets, that's why they read like users half the time. Nothing I love me more than reading a wretched nerd's egositical illeducated conjecture being taken as golden standard by AI.
Yeah same. The writing is competely souless. Reads like CharGPT
Why did people like this leave reddit? What can Lemmy do for them that they can’t get x1000 on reddit?
They saw a moral outrage with the people leaving reddit and thought "Finally! A chance to prove my intellectual superiority to those idiots who actually care about things!"
They did take a lot of pride in talking about how much they read from "multiple sources" but also seemed incapable of reading a short pamphlet by MLK after several hours. Or reading their own sources for that matter.
I think "multiple sources" in lib speak is TV and YouTube
No, I've seen too many libs dismiss youtube links out of hand without even watching them (even when it is literally a full documentary that is uploaded there). I think it's more like TV and Wikipedia.
Multiple sources: “I read the New York Times and the Washington Post.”
Multiple sources, all of whom paraphrase from AP and Reuters, who in turn, paraphrase their briefings from their CIA handlers.
But they don't look at any non-western source, because those are all propaganda.
Wdym, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, and hungry games are books. Only people with 200+ IQ can understand such literature, I guess that's why you can't understand such brilliance, another common Hexchanian L
Le sigh
NGL I never read that series or eragon. Read the tears of a tiger series, HP(stopped at goblet of fire because that's all I had), read hunger games, poo poo'd twilight, and idk I think that's it, I remember reading a lot but it was mostly textbooks or dictionaries or
I read fantasy slop all the time. I have a special disdain for eragon and hp though
"A bit? Uhmmmmm, do you mean a comedy sketch? Or a small portion of something? Please define"
Before that they said they only understood bit to be 1 or 0
My guy is high on the highly stimulating discourse on hexbear dot net
This the kind of MF that read Enders Game and thinks you can post Demosthenes and Locke until actual policy changes are made as a result
