Yeah, and new aristocracies were created, but now the big money wasn't about owning land.

The analogy doesn't quite work. Elecotalism is a better fit. However I always felt like using the ring was an options that should have been consodered more.

Deng is Galadrieal and were like yeah. Instead of a evil king we'd like a dark queen. You are still hot af and nice. Being a dark queen wouldn't alter your nature. Just your activites. All the lives saved by not having to die in pointles land wars will thank you and then we can you do better later

I want to do an edit of the LOTR novels that inserts every weird decision Peter Jackson throws in like Galadriel turning into a blue ghost for a second. Pretty much every line Gimli says in the movies. Sauron being a literal eye Keep Tolkien's writing style but have that shit happen.

"As the great ancient halls echoed with the war drums of many orcs and the shadow of the great forgotten host of Angband was upon the Fellowship. Only the son of Gloin held fast against such a fell peril and proclaimed proudly to the heir of Numemor "No one tosses a dwarf!""

That never made snese to me. I thought it was some weird deep lore thing. A coked up Winestine demanding there being a literal eye of sauron because they keep using a metaphor is perfect
