Yeah this is honestly hilarious, just in how feeble this attempt is and how obviously doomed to failure it is. Not the part where workers are getting fucked.
And yeah as someone who has done a handful of tack welds and nothing more, that's definitely a skilled job and just LMAO
I remember watching mini-documentals in the farming TV channel about JD factories in other countries and they all went "oh yeah the most of the job is done by temporary workers cuz they weld in the winter and work at their farms in the summer"
Hmm yeah, nothing about them being fucked over by flexibilization, absolutely zero of that going on. they just happen to like not having permanent jobs benefits despite being re-hired every winter.
LMAO, basically "bruh they gonna make me weld 24/7 or I'm getting fired, but I don't know what the fuck is a welding machine"
Looking forward for welding spatter in a brand new 900k US$ equipment

Yeah, agriculture-only in places with only one crop per year leaves a lot of free time. In the other hand, livestock+double crops is a fuck.
They just need to follow a welders favourite trick: "I'll just grind it later."
"Grind? nah, just paint it over it's gonna be alright I tell you"
*Looking at the worst case of bubblegum weld known to mankind *
"Nah, she's good. You can barely tell."
"These axles are supposed to shake when spinning, right?"
"The manual doesn't say anything against it, so"
