You can try to build support for some protest action. There's value in being loudly socialist and organizing these things.
You can volunteer to help drive people to abortion clinics. There are programs you can sign up with. They'll fly a person out and buy them a hotel room. All you have to do is drive them around a couple times.
You can continue to focus on building socialist organizing power by joining / working within an org so that, eventually, none of us will need to ask this question because it will be clear that we can organize a general strike or other actually effective measures.

Closer to 40. I remember Libs screaming at Ralph Nader because he'd cost them the courts. Then Obama got in and... oops. Couldn't do any nominations. Too hard. Trump didn't have that problem, weirdly enough. But hey, Obama only had two terms with a Senate majority for over half of it while Trump had one.
