    These aren't just generic poors in a generic church. That area is extremely conservative and they're a southern baptist church. Cowboy culture here is intimately tied to the genocide that gave them free real estate so it's the most reactionary cultural subset of one of the most reactionary areas in the state. Those people would do much worse than punch you.

        Yes? If you don't laugh at reactionaries out of class solidarity, please by all means actually go to that church and preach some Marx to them. Assuming any of them even qualify as poor given that they're ranchers in a state where land costs $500k+. Those aren't allies any more than whites were to Bolsheviks.
