    I bet that biden is, at least, going to have to go through like 3 nominees. Gotta find the right compromise. Work together. Etc.

    It'll end up being like the third most liberal federalist society judge somehow.

      Trump puts two literal fascist clowns on woth no pushback, and the compromise here will be that judge that likes to remind all the black people that come to his court that he could be more mean and punish them for being criminals (who didn't pay a parking ticket), but he's "one of the good ones" who will just give them a slap on the wrist by forcing them to get a minimum wage job and become "productive members of society".

    It will take Biden three years and they'll pull the rug out from under him just as soon as he wins loses re-election.

    The GOP could've had a justice die at 10:00 PM on January 19th, and they'd have a 35 year old professional marathon runner who will later turn out to be a former Grand Wizard of the KKK installed as a new justice by 11:30 that same day
