I do love when forgotten weapons calls out chuds in his comments even if he is a hog, just not a feral hog

Part of me hopes this chud went over to inRange afterwards to bitch and moan only to get absolutely bodied by Karl.

What's the dealio with Karl anyways, I keep seeing his name / InrangeTV pop up and I assume something politics must've happened

inRange is one of the very few non-chuddy gun content creators out there. Ian (who runs ForgottenWeapons, also a solid gun/history channel and is featured above) is as far as I can tell either apolitical or just a lib, but his co-host Karl is a committed anarchist who's used the channel to do exposes on indigenous people using guns to fight off the KKK and such, and generally seems pretty cool.

Oh wow. I always got a hard-to-place vibe from Karl, a sense that his politics were either very cool or very uncool, but definitely not "mainstream". To find out he's a lefty is a pleasant surprise.

It's shit like this that makes me want to forgive him almost publishing a Nazi memoir.

His book publishing company was going to publish a memoir of an Azov volunteer. Dude wasn't subtle either and kept posting fashy shit on his twitter.

After the announcement there was a big outrage, lots of people pointing out why the writer sucked, etc. Ian made like 4 videos that day, looking increasingly tired, before deciding not to publish the book after all.

Karl from InRangeTV also got pulled into the drama, and had to make a statement that he has nothing to do with the publishing company.

A point of clarification: Ian did not decide to not publish it, the company that held the money to publish it refused to let them use the funds to publish it.

          :yikes:

Is InRangeTV any good? Never watched their stuff before.

I really enjoy it. A lot more shooting footage, and the monthly QAs are often pretty neat. Karl isn't a commie or nothing, but he is openly anti-racist and supportive of queer people.

It's so hard to find good guntubers.

There's another comment here saying that karl is flat out an anarchist and has use his platform shed light on indigenous people using guns to fight "things like the kkk"

Edit: Oh yeah he's most certainly a comrade. https://youtu.be/0dbPjPtHFig

I'll have to give this one a listen. I knew he was big on marginalized people empowering themselves, but I've never heard the guy talk economics.
