The creator/head mod was a pretty frequent Chapo poster back in the day. I'd maybe consider messaging him, he might not know about the direction the sub is taking. It seems to just be one mod who's the problem.
I messaged a few of the mods and got ghosted completely. I assume theyre having some Internal discussion going on but when I replied to the permaban message I was instantly muted for 72 hours by the same person who banned me (/u/communistfox)
It's sad because that sub is one of the biggest reasons I become an ML and now I get banned for trying to curb the China bad masses
/u/communistfox is also a mod for enough-sanders_spam and enough_chapo_spam. Otalp was mourning the loss of chapo earlier this month, I find it a little hard to believe he would be okay with this.
Alright my alt account where I tried to genuinely discuss with the subreddit about MLs and was EXTREMELY kind to the point where I think I helped another lefty see the light was just banned for tankiespam by the same dude. I think the sub is actually compromised. I was muted immediately as well. Real shame. I loved discussing with my fellow lefties.
To be fair the enoughsandersspam that he mods is the one that was taken over by actual Bernie Bros a while ago idk about the chapo spam one tho

There was a time when leninism was met with the same level of discussion everything was but now they just call him a tyrant and move on. Some of them have even read state and rev and hold that belief and honestly that befuddles me.
