I don't believe that was a genuine reaction. What I think happened was she was told there was going to be this photo op, and she hammed it up a bit for the cameras. That doesn't make it any better, In fact it's worse for different reasons.
Also, I especially hate this picture because her stance and facial expression reminds me of my horrible grandmother that I wish would keel over dead, so there's that.

certain plants and their soil microbes are pretty good and economical for improving indoor AQ, especially with respect to weird xenobiotics like formaldehyde that are in upholstery, book/wood adhesives, gas appliance releases. lean in to the biophilia. obviously, also routinely change air filters and service HVAC systems is a given.... though maintenance of such things can be outside of the power of a resident.
