I can’t recommend kava if you don’t live in a place where it’s cheap, but if that isn’t an issue it has reverse tolerance and actually gets more fun the more you use it.
At the low dose version or the high dose version? I’ve heard those are completely different.
When I take a high enough dose of kitties I experience something like what I think dying will be like. Just completely beyond my ability to describe shit.
My buddy said he experienced a more complete ego death than the time he experienced it on acid.

Low dose is super abusable, not unhealthy at all, not addictive, and great for dancing and partying. Destroys anxiety
High dose to k-hole is a wonderful and blissful out of universe complete dissociation experience that cannot be described. Very low chance of it going bad compared to psychedelics because of the massive anti anxiety effect
Both have great anti depressant therapeutic effects
