I started stimulants recently and the appetite suppression is kicking my ass. I already had a hard time eating enough, so this has made it quite a bit worse. I have found that if it's a liquid I can sip it throughout the day without issue. Do you have any recommendations about fairly healthy and inexpensive recipes or solutions for getting a lot of calories through a liquid? Thanks

I started stims roughly a year ago. The first 6 months were hard, and I lost a lot of weight - I'm 6'3" and went from roughly 85kg (187lbs) to 75kg (165lbs). Am now 80kg (176lbs) consistently. If you can, see a dietician, their help was enormous to me.

It's crucial that you keep eating solid foods. The stomach is a muscle. Don't use it, and it gets smaller, and thus harder to put more in. I remember the indescribable feeling of not getting anything down your gullet, but it's the only way to make it easier. Once I started adhering to a strict "meal plan" and actually forcing myself to eat full meals, I could feel hungry again. I've been working out since I'm no longer on a permanent calory deficit and in the evening I am so. Fucking. Hungry. And that's with 60mg of Ritalin a day.

I bet you have an insanely dry mouth and bread is horrible rn, right? Make a cheese sandwhich in a frying pan with an american amount of butter®, drink full milk between each bite. Put very fatty meats on your bread. Eat full-fat yoghurt. This all means a lot of cals and easy ingestion. Sucks I couldn't do it :vegan-v: but this is the best way.
