Those mines are owned by Rockefeller! Do you know he created the University of Chicago and led the fight to eradicate hookworm in the south? Besides, he doesn't even technically control the militia, so he shouldn't be held responsible for the killing. Those miners should just vote rather than risk putting the whole country at risk due to lack of coal leading up to a cold winter
