Yesterday I called you lame and one of the weakest groups because you've been scattering and getting repeatedly mashed by the same tactics night after night for a while.

You're still struggling with those charges, but tonight was very cool and I should apologise for that. I'm sorry.

Post tactics in this thread for helping deter/preventing police charges or something I don't know.

EDIT: I just got told !tactics@hexbear.net exists. Go and subscribe to it!

EDIT2: Multiple molotovs thrown in this video

Edit3: Smart initial retreat. What this doesn't show is the moment it breaks up due to police charge though.

Edit4: This shit is cool. can be ordered on ebay under the name "tree stump remover", credit to @SenoraRaton.

Edit5: Read this thread and make lots of these

This is true, there was a bit of friendly fire. But the effect of the molotovs on the cops was very very clear. It scared the shit out of them and they were very noticeably rattled, so much so that they actually evacuated the area entirely for a while immediately afterwards. They were unprepared for all the smoke bombs and fireworks.

The fireworks didn't work. The smoke definitely did though, they were visibly slowed and uncomfortable going straight into/through the denser smoke because they couldn't see what was on the other side of it.

Cap one end, attach them to a centerpiece and face the output in opposite directions so it spins and disperses the smoke more evenly in all directions.

If you made the shape like a spinning top it would spin while on the ground due to a natural unbalanced shape. Throwing it could be like those old german grenades. There are some creative ways to design this. Of course that would only work on tarmac/concrete but that's fine for the intended urban usage of these.

Not gonna lie I'd be honored to be accidentally molotov'd by a comrade. As long as I just lose some skin and hair.

Looked like it might have burned his feet a bit, took about 30-45 seconds to get it out. I doubt it was super serious or anything but it's gonna sting a while. Shoes were basically turned into a smouldering plastic mess and a write-off, one was left behind.

Yeah I thought it looked like he'd have some minor to medium seriousness burns on his legs but I think he's prob all good.

That's why it's a good weapon. Collateral damage is basically near zero, feet are the only potential damage even to the cops. A molotov can not break when hitting a body, it will only break when hitting the ground or a vehicle... But people are scared shitless of fire and burns. It's a fear tool and people get the fuck away from fire and fear being lit up by being hit by one, even cops, despite the fact there's near zero chance of it doing them any harm.
