AIPAC and other Israeli lobbying efforts are strong enough that they can more or less give the US the finger and still get their billions of defense dollars and lucrative contracts. I don't know what they'd have to do for it to actually impact US support for Israel.

Americas powerful but small allies like Saudia Arabia and Israel abandoning them for China/Russia would be pretty funny. You just know the second they're both on the other team all their obvious human rights abuses will be a giant fucking deal.
