Thanks for the clarification. I do worry that the courts will create a legal fiction to justify nullifying this decision, but we'll all cross that bridge when it comes to it.

If you're feeling anxiety over losing touch with socialism, it's because you're feeling less financial distress, but having less anxiety or dread in your life won't put the toothpaste back in the brush. Even if this supreme court looked at it, I would be surprised if they turned around and said that the department of education has no power over its own debt/lending and must collect on its own loans. It would essentially be stripping power from the executive branch which they won't do.
