Like a dancing rat on TikTok - I think it even got onto wobbling pinhead shows like Rogan - with claims that shoplifting was the singular cause for certain stores closing down, when in fact the ownership had already said about three years ago that the stores would be closing due to consolodation or whatever the fuck.

Every socialist space I've been to, irl or online, has had plenty of dudes, often more than women. Most of them feel alienated from capitalis society (obviously), and many are depressed and lonely. A lot are also sad about stuff like not being able to get a girlfriend or attention from women, but they still chose to become left-wing because they're not reactionary and/or morons.
Socialism is still a small political niche in most capitalist countries, reactionary conservatism is not, that's why it gets more attention. That we're failing to appeal to this specific group of sad men more than other members of society is a made-up narrative that's not consistent with reality.
