I have! It can get dry (as if it has freezer burn at room temp) but if you let it sit a while, it tastes great. No complaints from me.

Heads up that calorie wise, it's one of the unhealthiest ice creams I've ever seen, but I'm all here for that alternate animal-free food science. By any means necessary.

Coconut ice cream also tastes kind of dry. What is it about meat and dairy that make it so moist compared to all the alternatives? I guess just more dense protein, fat?

Thought about this and I wonder if it's because our entire culinary history (for these sort of things) and food science up until recently has been based on animal products.

Wasn't my fav but it definitely wasn't bad. All the non dairy ice creams that are worth eating are too expensive imo tho so I have only tried it once, I'm poor

I've tried their ice cream sandwiches and they're really good!

This product breaks the first rule of this comm, since it's PBC that's been tested on animals

The vegan burgs with the irony taste have leghemoglobin made by yeast in them.

This stuff probably has casein, or at least I hope it does. Casein is a big part of why vegan cheeses are kinda sucky and don't stretch, so lab made casein could improve a lot of fake dairy foods.
