America has plenty of tacky Greek/Roman inspired buildings. No need to put that much effort into whining about wanting more of it and photoshopping that monstrosity.
If we tried to "retvrn" and these buildings became the trend in north America they would probably be 3d printed out of plastics and melt like candles in a 50 degree heat wave.
Also the cost to do it properly would probably be substantially more than what it would otherwise take to build conventionally (and require reviving a niche discipline of masonry) which is the real reason this would never happen.
