If the clock is running on fossil fuels, every nation should be trying to spend the last allowance on projects for the populace general welfare. Everything is "faster than expected". But this year, and the El Nino in the pipeline mean that we'll be seeing some vicious side effects from this year THROUGH 2025.
At the top of the hour - I turned on MSNBC to see if they'd at least say "Later in the broadcast we will cover climate change and developments in the Atlantic Ocean..." They didn't even do that. It was just Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump until I stopped watching which was at ~1:08.
At least in the Onion they'd have something like this...

I mean it's a 95% confidence interval, which was one of their big additions to the literature; as opposed to previous research saying "it'll be after the 21st century", they came up with an interval estimate of between 2025-2095 with 95% confidence. The actually technical phrasing of a confidence interval is way more obnoxious.
