Earlier in the radio queue there was some chud unironically doing the "capitalism has lifted more people out of poverty"schtick. Went on to say he wanted universal healthcare, but only for citizens, because "america has way too many immigrants, and hOw WiLl YoU pAy FoR iT? They should come here the legal way." I told him that sounded like some Nazbol shit, and he replied "Oh so I'm a Nazi for wanting healthcare?" And then left.

We gotta start bullying these people harder.

Cool now I have to look like I'm defending this or whatever but... You cut out all the context to make this look as bad as possible.

If you read the thread another user "coached" OP how to disguise the language by changing normal to common, which is BS. It's not common at all.

uh no. fuck off. its not coaching the language. stating that its a common thing if it is statistically true is important to do, because it enables society to address the issue and prevent abuse.

sweeping common and extremely bad things under a rug is bad.

so is normalizing them by calling them "normal" which implies they are a default state.

There's literally no way for me to talk to you about this without looking like I'm defending hebephilia and that's why its really crappy for all the context to get ripped from this. I don't have an opinion on how common this is. I'm not a scientist. All I know is that he cited some numbers - so you might want to argue with him about it. For the record I didn't upvote him in that thread.
