I don't see him pulling a gun. I don't see any guns on the floor in the photos where he's lying dead. If you wanna argue that he saw him pulling a gun while being blinded by the mace in the split second it took for him to shoot him, whatever. So according to you, the guy being actively maced by a violent chud while surrounded by more violent chuds, in a time where violent chuds are killing people like it's going out of style, had no reason to defend himself from likely murder.
