Absolutely. I lost around 60 pounds a few years ago and I never really noticed any changes in how I looked. Looking at old pictures though it's obvious.
I lost about 25 pounds recently and the only way I notice is that Tshirts fall on my torso better, instead of getting stuck on my belly. Otherwise it is hard to notice the gradual change.
I went down from 160 to 119 when I went I went vegan for a few years. Everyone noticed myself included. Of course, when I stopped caring about my health I gained most of it back and everyone noticed again. I'm a fairly self-conscious person so I might be more sensitive to these things due to my neuroticism.

or lose enough that you can notice it in things like jawline or collarbones.
Yeah I've gone down from about 310 lbs to 240 since the beginning of this year and hardly notice a difference other than how my pants fit

I take a naked selfy in the mirror every year so I can actually see how I've aged and changed over the years.
Yes. I had to start taking pictures month to month so I could have a sense of what others were seeing.
