Do Chuds love to read RT or something?

Europeans writing about American politics is often laughable. The kidnappers [who planned to capture the Michigan governor and put her on trial for treason for imposing tough Covid restrictions] were not far-right, they are anarchists. America does not have a parliamentary democracy, it is a republic. Back to the books, I think.

RT is the only "real news site" read by the German right, everything else they read is Breitbart level conspiracy shit.

Isn't like the whole point of RT to trigger as many ideological groups in the West as possibles? They don't really seem to have coherent standpoints, they just go with whatever will cause maximum shitstorm in the US (and Europe).

Eh. They sometimes have based leftist takes, but only when it's convenient. They're just as capable of pushing right-wing bullshit. RT is probably the closest you can get to the Russian propaganda machine that American libs are so hysterical about and think is omnipresent.

No: as Trump demonstrates, the contradiction is in this democratic form itself, so that the only way to save what is worth saving in liberal democracy is to move beyond it – and vice versa, when rightist violence is on the rise, the only way to move beyond liberal democracy is to be more faithful to it than the liberal democrats themselves. This is what the successful democratic return to power of the Morales’s party in Bolivia, one of the few bright spots in our devastated landscape, clearly signals.

Is this Zizek's way of saying "VOTE VOTE VOTE"
