Yeah it really can't be overstated just how much shit Russia is in because of Putin. He essentially made money laundering and scamming 100% legal.
The only thing that's worse than capitalism is completely unregulated capitalism.
The thing is russia is in a better spot than it was after the fall. Putin was a stabilizing force.
