    What's it like, honestly? I'd been considering anti-anxiety meds, but honestly the anxiety is such a part of me that I can't imagine what life is like not anxious as fuck, as it's super weird and stresses me out to think about.

      so my anxiety hasnt gone away just yet, been on the med for maybe a couple weeks. but i can tell its getting way better. idk, i feel very warm and a bit giddy, kinda reminds me of being a kid before i got super anxious. i just dont hesitate to do things as much / things i just couldnt do before i actually can somewhat do without freaking the fuck out. some of me not being able to do things is definitely habitual and assuming the med keeps working fine with no issues i'll have to break some bad habits caused by anxiety coping over a long period of time i think.
