That will be the one 'progressive' thing that Joe enacts, which will have the libs celebrating, while he continues to bomb the middle east and attacking Latin American legitimacy

The craziest part of his campaign was he kept saying "we'll talk about that after I get elected". Like, he could've flat out lied and said something along the lines of supporting healthcare, legalization of cannabis and other things. But he didn't. It was just "we'll get to that later". And now that he's elected, he isn't doing shit.

Biden was different from Hillary and the rest of the Dem establishment being that he really don't even pay lip service to popular ideas and give us empty platitudes. His entire campaign was literally "not Trump" and that was it. No wonder they lost the Senate and lost seats in the House to the point they're about to get their clocks cleaned in midterms.

Honestly, that's a pretty fair way of analyzing the situation. I was kinda figuring that he would do kinda one progressive thing, like Obama with the ACA, and then he would follow a lot of neolib/neocon ideas, and the 'progressive' left would follow him because 'he did this one progressive thing' and if we didn't have him we wouldn't have gotten this little fucking crumb

Biden is 100% against legalization. It's not going to happen. If anything, he's going to push another crime bill with Harris that will increase the charges for drug offenders.

Well that's fine, we just gotta meet them where they are, and then try and push them left. And if not, ¯_(ツ)_/¯ we'll just go to brunch. It's not like it affects any of us anyways
