Now that the Biden victory is set in stone and we’re going to return “normal” it’s depressing the hell out of me.

join a leftist organization, they will probably know what the most important problem that needs to be handled at a given time in your community

DSA can bee a good place to go to find other orgs. Mine has huge overlap with SRA, and keeps up to date with the actions of PSL, and some local anarchist/mutual aid groups. We're the only chapter in all of our part of the state and tri-state area so there's been a huge push recently to try and do left unity and coordinate as much a possible with every other group out here.

If you can find groups in your area, definitely reach out and try to get some sort of communication going between them. It's usually pretty easy, and pushing the orgs on social media is a huge help. It makes it easy for people to just look up "socialist group in [city]" and find who to contact. I did that a little for a ROC branch that was starting out here. Helped compile a list of organizations that could offer assistance to people and help organize workers and put that info front and center. Then set up a place for everyone to meet (encrypted stuff is better, but sometimes a public facing space like a discord is alright for just doing outreach).

ROC national didn't like me doing that because it's a bourgeois electoralist organization that just wants the aesthetics of worker power without the consequences, so I got kicked out, but the connections I made stuck.

Oof comrade I'm sorry to hear that. Tho I am kinda envious that you actually have an organization to join. I have had to settle with trying to convert my own friends.
